We're currently seeking an exceptional leader to join the team as General Manager Bianco, responsible for leading one of South Australia's most respected construction and industrial supply businesses.
n Reporting to the General Manager SA, you will have full responsibility for the strategic, operational and financial performance of the Bianco network.
n Leading a workforce of more than 280 employees, you'll drive business growth, operational excellence, customer outcomes and people leadership while ensuring strong governance, safety and commercial performance.

Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives

Deliver revenue, profitability and EBIT targets
n
Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement

Lead organisational transformation and change programs

Optimise working capital and investment decisions

Build and develop a high-performing leadership team

Strengthen customer and supplier partnerships

Champion a proactive and positive safety culture

You're Likely a Match If

Extensive senior leadership experience within construction supplies, industrial products, building materials, wholesale distribution or related sectors
n
Strong commercial acumen with significant P&L; responsibility
n
Demonstrated success growing businesses and improving operational performance
n
Experience leading large teams across multiple sites
n
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
n
Proven ability to lead through growth, transformation and change
n
A strategic mindset combined with strong execution capability
