Followingrecipes,portionrequirementsandkitchenproceduresconsistently
Organisingingredientsandcompletingmiseenplacebeforeservice
Managingmultiplecookingtasksefficientlyduringbusyperiods
Workingcloselywithseniorkitchenstaffandotherteammembers
Maintainingclean,sanitisedandwell-organisedpreparationandcookingareas
Checkingfoodquality,freshnessandappropriatestoragethroughoutkitchenoperations
Monitoringingredientavailabilityandcommunicatingstockrequirements
Followingfoodsafety,hygieneandworkplacesafetyproceduresatalltimes
Assistingwithsmoothkitchenserviceandrespondingappropriatelytocustomerrequirements
Cleaningandmaintainingkitchenequipmentandworkareas
Supportingotherkitchendutiesasrequiredtomaintainefficientdailyoperations
Requirements & Eligibility
Minimum1-2yearsofcommercialCookexperience
Experienceworkinginabusyhospitalityorkitchenenvironment
Strongunderstandingoffoodpreparation,cookingandkitchenhygienepractices
Abilitytoconsistentlyfollowrecipesandestablishedprocedures
