A two day position organised around the clinician.
A Different Approach to the Working Week.
We've intentionally moved away from the traditional 9–5 model. Our clinical days are structured into morning and afternoon blocks, with psychologists working two days per week. It creates a rhythm that is predictable, sustainable and leaves genuine space for life outside the clinic.
Client Cancellations ? Where appropriate, work from home. You're not expected to sit in the clinic simply to look busy.
We value your time and trust our clinicians to manage their work professionally.
Remuneration : $42–$50 per hour + superannuation, supervision and performance-based bonuses.
Clear salary brackets. Transparent expectations. Guaranteed annual reviews, with additional incentives available.
We don't believe in tracking clinicians through endless KPIs.
Instead, we focus on doing valuable work, and recognising the people who consistently contribute to our team and genuinely live out our values.

Role Overview
Niche Caseload.
As mentioned, Ignite is a place for depth rather than breadth. We see children up to the age of 18 and their parents. Like working with childhood anxiety ? Parenting Attachment ? School Based Programs ?
We want to work with you to gradually build a caseload that aligns as closely as possible with your interests, strengths and optimal professional flow.

Who we are looking for
You don't need to know everything before you walk through our door. We're looking for psychologists with a strong foundation, a genuine interest in child and adolescent mental health, and the character and curiosity to continue growing; however:
Has current AHPRA general or others registrations (Clinical, Educational and Developmental, Forensic)
Must have experience working with children, adolescents and/or families
Understands child development, attachment, emotional regulation, behaviour and family systems
Can complete assessment, formulation, conceptualisation and treatment planning
Builds rapport with young people and communicates clearly with parents, carers and professionals
Can manage a caseload independently while contributing to a team
Values supervision, feedback and ongoing development
Demonstrates self-awareness, accountability, curiosity and integrity
Is genuinely committed to helping children, adolescents and families achieve meaningful change
