This trusted and well-known Aged Care provider has multiple residential aged care homes situated throughout the Newcastle region with support from the National Head Office based in Sydney that focus on delivering high-quality support to all their staff in facilities.
About the role:
This Quality Manager will be responsible for the provision and co-ordination of clinical KPI's, quality care standards, compliance and education programs across 3 x aged care residential homes based in the Newcastle region that meets the individual needs of the residents and management of the clinical care staff team.
Duties:
Implementing cutting-edge, best practice frameworks across aged care services, including conducting compliance reviews and gap analyses
Provide project data and information for corporate reporting purposes.
Provide education and training for employees in compliance, quality & risk systems and processes.




Audits are completed and contribute to the continuous improvement of the organisation's project management capability
Project reports clearly identify issues, objectives and suggestions for improvements
Skills and experience:
Good knowledge of Aged Care regulatory requirements
Great communication skills and an ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
Research, analysis, and advice on best practice and innovative models and frameworks
Ability to work independently with strong leadership skills
Strong knowledge of project management principles and quality management systems
