Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Community Occupational Therapist (Level 1/2) for Home Based Therapy. The role is temporary full time (38 hours/week) up to June ****, statewide in Sydney NSW. Responsibilities include OT assessment and interventions for older adults and those with disabilities, with potential placements at major hospitals.
NSW driver's licence required; AHPRA registration essential. Remuneration ranges from $1,****** to $2,****** per week plus superannuation.
