The school invites suitable applicants to apply for a full time, ongoing Assistant Principal position, commencing January 1, ****.
St Francis of Assisi Catholic Primary School is a vibrant learning environment, catering for students from a multicultural setting in a co-educational environment from Pre-Kindergarten to Year 6.
With approximately 470 children, our school is seeking an inspiring educator, committed to fostering a love of learning, enhancing student engagement and improving outcomes for all students.

The successful applicant will:

Demonstrate initiative and a solution focused approach.
Work with others to create an inclusive and equitable learning environment.
Have an excellent understanding of student development.
Possess the interpersonal and organisational skills to work collaboratively with others to improve student outcomes.
Work closely with the community including parish, parents, caregivers and various community groups and agencies to achieve positive outcomes.
Be skilled at developing and implementing systems and structures that create safe and thriving work environments.
Mentor and coach others to build team capacity and enhance collaboration.
Demonstrate commitment to the ongoing development of self and others through participation in Professional Learning Communities and professional development.
Support the Principal to ensure accountability at all levels.
Qualifications Required
Accreditation for Leadership in Catholic Schools
A minimum of 7 years teaching experience
Bachelor of Education
Current Teachers Registration with TRBWA
Current Working With Children Check (WWWC)
