Import Operator - International Freight Forwarding
About the Role:
Are you an intermediate Import Operator tired of the brutal daily commute to Mascot or Port Botany? Based in our central Silverwater hub, this role offers a refreshing, tight-knit team environment where you will manage multi-modal (air and sea) import files end-to-end using CargoWise One.
Because our team works closely together, this is a completely on-site position. We don't hide behind screens at home - instead, we offer a collaborative office environment where you will work directly alongside senior industry mentors, allowing you to rapidly advance your logistics career.
What we are looking for:
Minimum 2 years of experience
handling international freight forwarding imports (both Air and Sea streams preferred).
Hands-on proficiency with CargoWise One
(essential for entering files, milestone tracking, and invoicing).
Solid communication skills to confidently coordinate with local transport companies, shipping lines, and airlines.
