Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator
Due to a solid increase in enrolments, Miss Parker's Preschool is expanding our teaching team and seeking a Diploma-qualified Educator for a permanent full time position.
This is a newly created role—not a replacement position—within our privately owned, boutique 50-place preschool in Glenhaven.
We work exclusively with children aged 3–5, allowing our educators to focus on the preschool years without being moved between nursery and toddler rooms.
Our staffing model is designed to operate above minimum ratios, providing genuine daily support.
You will work alongside experienced primary and early-childhood teachers in a beautifully resourced indoor and outdoor learning environment.
Key responsibilities
Deliver engaging, play-based and intentional learning experiences
Support children's confidence, independence and social-emotional development
Contribute to thoughtful preparation-for-school experiences
Contribute to programming, observations and documentation
Develop warm, professional relationships with children and families
Maintain a safe, calm and welcoming learning environment
Work collaboratively with the preschool teaching team
About you
ACECQA-approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
Current paid NSW Working With Children Check
Current First Aid, CPR, asthma and anaphylaxis training




Sound understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Framework
Warm, reliable and professional approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Experience working with children aged 3–5 is preferred
