The Melbourne Clinic, part of Healthscope in Richmond, Victoria, is seeking a energetic Grade 2 Social Worker to join the Older Adult Unit/Living Well Program. This part-time role (0.6 EFT) involves inpatient social work case management, biopsychosocial assessments and intervention, and individual and group therapy for older adults with chronic mental health conditions and related needs.
