Join Atom Resources on high-end residential new builds and renovations across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. Earn $35-$40 per hour, based on experience and the type of work being undertaken.

Work on architecturally designed homes alongside experienced trades and builders, with a consistent pipeline of work.

Employment type: Temporary | Hours: Casual| Roster: Monday to Friday 7am- 3:30pm with potential for overtime + Saturdays.

Pay basis: $35-$40 per hour + super + travel allowance| Location: Eastern Suburbs, NSW|

Duties
n
n
Complete general labouring tasks across high-end residential construction sites.
n
Assist trades and builders with day-to-day construction activities.
n
Work independently to complete assigned tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
n
Load, unload and move materials around site.
n
Use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.




n
Maintain clean, organised and safe work areas.
n
Assist with general construction, preparation and finishing tasks as required.
n
Follow site instructions and work safely and efficiently across residential projects.
n

Skills & experience
n
n
Have a minimum of1 years' experience working on high-end residential construction projects.
n
Have experience using basic hand and power tools.
n
Be proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
n
Be comfortable completing a range of general labouring tasks.
n
Take pride in your work, with good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
n
Be reliable, punctual and willing to get stuck into whatever is required on site.
n
Hold a White Card and have reliable transport.
n
n
Work rights: Full working rights would be required, working holiday visa's will also be accepted.
