Key Responsibilities




Welcome guests warmly and ensure smooth check-in/check-out
Respond promptly to guest needs and special requests
Co-ordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room readiness
Manage reservations and daily guest transactions accurately
Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
Maintain a clean, safe, and skilled front desk environment
Participate in training and team meetings
