About the Role

Reporting directly to the owners, you will play a key role in ensuring Mooloolah Gardens remains a well-managed, welcoming, and thriving retirement village.
n
This is a hands-on role that combines community engagement, resident support, village operations, and sales.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n

Building strong relationships with residents and maintaining high levels of resident satisfaction.
n
Managing the day-to-day operations and presentation of the village.
n
Coordinating maintenance requests and ensuring village facilities are well maintained.
n
Supporting compliance with relevant retirement village legislation and operational requirements.
n
Managing village administration, records, and budgets.
n




Assisting with resident activities and community events.
n
Promoting the village and building relationships within the local community.
n
Generating enquiries and assisting prospective residents through the sales process.
n
Helping maintain strong occupancy levels across the village.
n
Fostering a positive, caring, and inclusive village culture.
n

About You
n
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and has the ability to build trust and lasting relationships.
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous management, property, administration, or customer service experience.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
A friendly, approachable, and professional manner.
n
Strong organisational and time management skills.
n
Confidence using computers and common software programs.
n
Experience in sales, property management, retirement living, or residential communities will be highly regarded.
n
The ability to engage with local community groups and develop relationships that generate future resident enquiries.
n
A genuine passion for supporting older Australians and creating a strong community environment.
