Position Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Eastern Creek, NSW
Reporting To: Customer Service Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, managing enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a positive customer experience from initial contact through to resolution. This is a full-time in-office position based in Eastern Creek, NSW, requiring employees to attend the office Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 5.00pm.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Liaise with internal departments including Sales Representatives, Product Managers, Warehouse and Accounts.
Monitor order status and provide updates to customers.
Assist with administrative tasks and reporting as required.
Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and business processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.




Skills and Experience
Essential
Previous experience in a customer service from office or retail role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid attention to detail and organisational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Desirable
Customer service qualification or relevant business studies.
Knowledge of both Motorcycles and Bicycles, especially parts and accessories.
