Full-time live-in Motel Management
As the on-site management couple, you will work together to oversee the daily operations of the motel, ensuring guests enjoy a welcoming, clean, and comfortable stay. This role suits a practical, organised pair who complement each other's skills. There is no restaurant and all linen is outsourced.
Key Responsibilities
Managing reservations and online booking platforms
Managing client relationships
Providing friendly, professional customer service including seamless guest check-ins and check-outs
Overseeing and assisting housekeeping and maintaining high cleanliness standards
General maintenance and minor repairs
Grounds and property upkeep
Managing payments and basic reporting
Providing after hours on-call coverage for guest enquiries and emergencies
About You
We are looking for a couple who:
Possess 3+ years of onsite motel management experience
Are friendly, trustworthy, and well-presented
Have solid communication and service skills
Are self-motivated and able to work independently
Have practical maintenance/handyman skills
Have cleaning or hospitality experience
Are competent with computers and booking systems (RMS Preferred)
Are committed to living on-site and taking pride in the property
Licence/Certification:
RSA or willing to obtain (Required)
Driver Licence (Required)
Police Clearance (Required)
First Aid Certification (Preferred)
