What you'd do: n

Own intake and first-round markup of investment NDAs and related documents
n
Support UK lawyers with first-round drafting and ad-hoc legal tasks
n
Set up client workflows, manage portals, and drive contracts through execution
n
Deliver commercially sound contract support that balances speed with precision
n
What they want: n
n
Two plus years in transactional corporate practice or in-house commercial legal work
n
Hands-on experience drafting commercial contracts and investment-related NDAs
n
Perform well in high-volume, deadline-driven environments without sacrificing quality
n
Apply legal concepts with commercial pragmatism and sound judgment on escalations
n
Communicate clearly in writing and verbally with clients and colleagues
n
Take ownership proactively and improve team processes as a self-starter
n

Exposure to private capital,



fund structures, or investor onboarding workflows

Proficiency with AI contract tools, CLM platforms, and e-signature systems
