Job Description
You'll carry out day‐to‐day road and drainage maintenance, respond to urgent work when needed, and operate Council plant, vehicles and tools safely.

Key responsibilities

Deliver road construction and maintenance works—including pothole repairs, pavement and shoulder maintenance, drainage works and bitumen patching.
n
Assist with traffic control implementation in accordance with approved traffic schemes and safety requirements.
n
Provide courteous and skilled customer service in the field, escalating issues through the Team Leader when required.

What you need
n
n
Prior experience in outdoor operations, construction, maintenance, or a similar field.
n
Current MR licence and willingness to work locations across Hervey Bay, Maryborough, Tiaro and Oakhurst.
