5+ years of Business Analysis experience

Proven experience delivering
IT projects and initiatives
within large and complex organisations.
Robust experience with
Agile/Scrum methodologies, tools, and delivery practices
.
Demonstrated ability to understand customer scenarios and requirements and translate them into effective business solutions.
Proven experience facilitating
workshops and requirements elicitation
.
Acceptance criteria
Business process models
Process maps
Prototypes/design mock-ups
Strong stakeholder communication and relationship management skills.
Ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.
Qualifications
Diploma or higher qualification in
Information Technology, Business, Systems Analysis
, or a related discipline;
or equivalent combination of relevant experience, education, and training
.
Professional Business Analysis certification such as




IIBA/CBAP
is desirable.
Agile qualifications such as
CSPO, Certified ScrumMaster, or SAFe Agilist
are desirable.
Previous experience within the
Higher Education sector
.
Experience working across a broad range of
IT domains and digital projects
.
Experience applying Business Analysis practices to support complex project delivery.
Experience working with diverse stakeholders across large enterprise environments.
