Greystar is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead our Victoria and ACT portfolio, spanning premium Build-to-Rent and student accommodation. You will guide in office teams, optimize NOI, and drive revenue across diverse assets. Strong commercial acumen and people leadership are essential.

You will travel regularly, oversee compliance and risk, and partner with university partners, leasing agents, and investors to uphold Greystar's high standards and resident-focused culture.
