An established and growing allied health provider is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join its regional service through a flexibleDrive-In Drive-Out (DIDO) model from Adelaide to the Mount Gambier region.
You'll travel regionally on a fortnightly rotation, concentrating your face-to-face client work into your onsite week before returning home, with flexibility to complete reporting and other responsibilities remotely.
Your accommodation, regional travel and access to a vehicle while onsite are supported, giving you the opportunity to work regionally without permanently relocating.
The Role
You'll join a multidisciplinary allied health team providing community-based Speech Pathology services to an established NDIS caseload.
The caseload includes a strong paediatric component alongside adult participants, with exposure to both straightforward and more complex presentations.
Depending on your experience and clinical interests, your responsibilities may include:
Speech, language and communication assessments
Paediatric Speech Pathology services
Individualised therapy and intervention
Communication and capacity-building strategies
Community-based assessments
NDIS documentation and report writing
Development of individualised therapy plans
Working closely with participants, families, carers and other health professionals
There is flexibility to structure your caseload around your clinical strengths and areas of interest.
A Different Way to Structure Your Fortnight
This role offers a genuinely different working model for clinicians who valueautonomy and flexibility.
You'll drive from Adelaide to the Mount Gambier region once per fortnight and complete the majority of your face-to-face appointments while onsite.




Rather than being locked into a traditional Monday-to-Friday structure, clinicians have flexibility around how they manage their hours across the fortnight.
Some clinicians prefer to maximise their client-facing hours while onsite, while others balance their onsite appointments with reporting and documentation completed remotely once they return home.
You'll be trusted to manage your own diary while meeting agreed clinical and productivity expectations.

About You To be considered, you will have:
A recognised qualification inSpeech Pathology
Eligibility forSpeech Pathology Australia membership / Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) status
Current driver's licence
Solid clinical communication and report-writing skills
Confidence managing your own diary and caseload
Ability and willingness to travel between Adelaide and regional South Australia on a fortnightly basis
Previous experience withinNDIS, community or paediatric Speech Pathologywould be advantageous; however, we're open to speaking with Speech Pathologists from a range of clinical backgrounds.
