About the Role
n
This is a great opportunity for a junior to mid level QHSE qualified who is ready to take the next step and have genuine ownership across both Quality and EHS. Working as a stand alone QHSE function, you will work closely with the local leadership and operational teams to support strong safety outcomes while managing the end to end quality function.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Supporting the business to achieve strong EHS outcomes and continue developing a positive safety culture
n
Managing quality from supplier through to customer
n
Managing supplier quality and manufacturing process quality
n
Maintaining the ISO **** quality management system
n
Coordinating internal and external audits
n
Working closely with Operations and Manufacturing Engineering
n




Providing practical QHSE advice and support across the business
n
n
About You
n
We are looking for someone who has developed a solid foundation in Quality, Safety or QHSE and is ready to step into a role with greater ownership. You may currently be working as a Quality Coordinator, Quality Advisor, QA/QC professional or QHSE Coordinator and be ready for your next challenge.

Ideally, you will have:
n
n
Experience in manufacturing, engineering or an operational environment
n
Good understanding of ISO ****
n
Experience supporting internal and external audits
n
Knowledge of quality control and analytical tools
n
Exposure to root cause analysis and continuous improvement
n
Understanding of Operations or Manufacturing Engineering
n
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
n
A practical and solutions focused approach
n
The confidence to work autonomously
n
n
You do not need to be a senior QHSE Manager for this opportunity. We are particularly interested in someone who is hands on, commercially aware and keen to continue developing their career.
