Job Description
Burson Salisbury is recruiting an Assistant Store Manager (2IC) to lead day-to-day operations, drive sales and motivate the team.
You will support the Salisbury branch in connecting customers, parts specialists and operations to deliver service excellence daily.
The role requires hands-on leadership, experience in automotive parts or related sectors, and a solid focus on OH&S; and customer satisfaction.
A current full driver's license is required.
