You'll be involved in all aspects of our retail areas. This role would suit someone who genuinely enjoys people, has an eye for beautiful things and loves creating a welcoming shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

Helping customers find the perfect plants, pots, gifts and garden products
n
Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service
n
Merchandising and creating beautiful displays
n
Replenishing stock and keeping the shop looking fresh and inviting
n
Processing sales and using our point-of-sale system
n
Assisting with seasonal displays and promotions
n
Keeping the retail areas clean, organised and looking their best
n
Working as part of our small, friendly team
n

About you

Loves plants, gardens, interiors or beautiful homewares
n
Has a natural ability to connect with customers
n




Is enthusiastic, reliable and well presented
n
Has an eye for detail and enjoys creating attractive displays
n
Is happy to be hands-on and involved in all areas of the business
n
Can work independently but also enjoys being part of a team
n
Retail experience preferred, but the right attitude is just as key as experience
n
