Based in Altona, you will gain valuable hands‐on experience working alongside a team of dedicated technicians as you train to become a qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic.
About the Heavy Vehicle Apprenticeship:
Gain practical experience in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues in heavy vehicles
Inspect, maintain and service internal fleet
Work with cutting‐edge diagnostic tools and technology to identify and resolve automotive problems
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised workspace
Continuously improve your skills and knowledge through on‐the‐job training
The ideal Heavy Diesel Apprentice:
Previous automotive work experience and/or completion of a Certificate II in Automotive Servicing Technology Pre‐Apprenticeship
Passionate about a career in automotive and mechanics




Excellent problem‐solving and mechanical aptitude
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Comprehensive on‐the‐job training and mentorship from experienced technicians
