Location: Marsden Park (hybrid/flexible working arrangements considered) - this role may be required to travel to different RFS facilities.

Key responsibilities

You will lead strategic partnerships with industry and internal stakeholders, delivering innovative, sustainable and fit-for-purpose fleet solutions that respond to changing operational needs.
n
This role plays a pivotal part in end-to-end responsibility for the fleet lifecycle including capability planning, acquisition and complex build programs through to maintenance, enhancement and disposal.
n
To thrive in this role, you will have: Seeking a strategic and commercially strong leader with experience managing complex asset lifecycles, contracts and delivery programs.

You will bring solid operational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate evolving capability requirements into practical fleet solutions.
