The Role
n
We're looking for a dental assistant with a team support role to help ensure our practice operates efficiently. This is a energetic position with a variety of responsibilities, perfect for someone who enjoys working across different areas of the practice.
n
As part of your role, you will:
n
n
Assist our oral health therapist and dentists
n
Support the dental assisting team by checking in with staff, helping with sterilization, and keeping workflows smooth.
n
Perform reception duties, including answering calls, booking appointments, and occasionally covering reception when needed. (Training will be provided)
n
Assist with lab work (e.g., making whitening trays, scanning, and 3D model printing – training provided).

Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to a welcoming, positive atmosphere for patients.
n
Maintain compliance with practice protocols and procedures.

Has a positive, can-do attitude and works well in a team. (This is a BIG one for us)

Enjoys a varied, dynamic role with different tasks each day.

Understands the importance of customer experience in a high-end dental practice.

Has some dental assisting experience (preferred, but we're happy to train the right person).

Has full working rights in Australia.
