Docs MegaSave Chemist is looking for an enthusiastic, patient-focused Full-Time Pharmacist to join our team at Marketown, Newcastle West.

The Role
This is a full-time position that includes regular weekend work. You'll be involved in a diverse range of community pharmacy practice, including:
Dispensing, checking and medication counselling
Vaccinations and professional services
Expanded-scope pharmacy services
Supporting patients with complex healthcare needs
Working alongside our pharmacists, Nurse Practitioner, dispensary and retail teams
Building strong relationships with our patients
Helping us maintain the exceptional customer service Docs MegaSave is known for
What We're Looking For
Must-haves:
Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
A genuine passion for exceptional customer service and patient care
Excellent communication and counselling skills
A confident, approachable and professional manner




Ability to work well in a busy team workplace
Availability to work weekends as part of the regular roster
A positive attitude and commitment to ongoing professional development
Highly regarded:
Compounding experience
– preferred but not essential
Currently enrolled in or having completed
Full Scope of Practice training
An interest in expanded pharmacist practice and developing your clinical skills
