About the Role
As a Recruitment Specialist, you'll join a high-energy team that thrives on creativity, celebrates success, and supports each other every step of the way.
Reporting to the Global Pathways Manager, you'll autonomously drive end-to-end recruitment across Australia, New Zealand, and North America - leading high-volume campaigns, crafting standout ads, running engaging social media strategies, and hitting the road for nationwide recruitment roadshows.

This role is based at our HQ in Applecross.
Working hours are 7:30am - 4:00pm.
Key Responsibilities




Manage the end-to-end recruitment of blue collar roles
Coordinate and implement new recruitment initiatives
Advertise on various platforms (Seek, LinkedIn, Mader Website and more)
Pro-actively find passive candidates through various platforms
Liaising and supporting hiring managers through selection process
Conducting face-to-face and video interviews
Manage employment offers and onboarding processes
Collaborate with marketing on recruitment campaigns
Ad hoc administrative and reporting tasks
Skills & Experience
Minimum 2+ years blue collar recruitment experience
Prior experience using PageUp is highly desired
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Attractive salary from $85,000 + Uncapped Quarterly Bonus
