About the Role
SKS Technologies is seeking an experienced and motivated
Service Technician
to join our Melbourne team. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on service, maintenance, construction wiring, and small project works across a variety of commercial sites.
Working as part of a skilled and supportive team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service outcomes while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring all works are completed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Carrying out service, maintenance, and repair works across commercial sites
Diagnosing and troubleshooting faults efficiently
Testing and inspecting systems and equipment, including RCBOs, Exit & Emergency fittings, Thermal Imaging, and Test & Tag appliances
Completing installation, upgrade, and construction wiring works
Ensuring all works are completed safely and in accordance with relevant Australian Standards
Liaising with clients and providing exceptional customer service
Maintaining accurate service records and documentation




Supporting project delivery and responding to reactive maintenance requests
Working independently while effectively managing workloads and priorities
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Current Electrical Licence (or relevant trade qualification)
Construction Wiring experience and capability
Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
Proficient computer skills and experience using testing instruments
Experience in commercial and/or industrial service environments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive approach and strong attention to detail
Current Driver's Licence
Ability to pass a mandatory Police Check
