Our client is a well-known PCO with impressive accounts and highly respected in the industry.
They are currently seeking a talented Travel Consultant to join their dynamic and successful team.
THE ROLE
Manage group bookings and coordinate all aspects of the itinerary, including transportation, accommodation, and other services
Assist with leisure travel pre and post arrangements including extended touring.
Handle delegates' queries within the agreed timeframes and ensure customer satisfaction is maintained and exceeded
Ensure tickets, itineraries and documentation are issued correctly
Build robust relationships with external and internal stakeholders to cultivate a successful working environment
