Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel, Public Private Partnerships, this role provides expert, commercially focused legal advice on major transport and infrastructure projects across Victoria.
Key responsibilities
The role supports PPPs involving roads, public transport assets and precincts, as well as concession arrangements for vehicle registration, licensing and land registry services.
What you need
Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit or visa necessary for the nature of the position.
Builds strong, cooperative relationships, working across teams and stakeholders to share knowledge, overcome barriers and achieve outcomes.
Provides sound legal advice and drafts high-quality legal documents, applying relevant law, policy and commercial considerations with minimal guidance.
