Heart of England Co-operative Society is seeking a Team Leader to supervise and develop a agile team across its Food Convenience Stores in Gun Hill, Fillongley and Galley Common. This role offers progression toward Store Management with structured training and real accountability.
The position is part-time (20 or 24 hours per week) with a clear pathway to management. You'll lead shifts, drive customer service, and contribute to store performance and community impact.
