No airline, cargo, or logistics experience is required.
We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm

The Role
As a Cargo Services Officer, you will support the day-to-day management of cargo operations for a range of international airline partners while developing a broad understanding of the air freight industry.
Basic Responsibilities
Learn and use airline cargo reservation systems to manage bookings and cargo movements
Complete accurate data entry and maintain operational records
Assist with customer enquiries, quotations, invoicing, payments, and month-end reportingSupport flight planning and daily operational requirements across contracted airlines
Assist with sales and marketing activities to help grow cargo revenue

Previous exposure to aviation, logistics, freight, or customer service is advantageous but not essential
