The opportunity
Permanent Brisbane role within a respected top tier environment

Best suited to candidates with around two to three years of legal secretarial experience
What you will do
Prepare, format and quality check litigation documents to an excellent standard
Manage e-filing and court lodgements across relevant jurisdictions
Maintain orderly files including hard copy filing, general filing and archiving
Coordinate printing and binding, organise couriers and prepare meeting rooms
Provide periodic front of house coverage when required
Assist with small in office events that enhance team culture
What you will bring
Proactive mindset, strong organisation and meticulous attention to detail
At least 2 years' experience as Legal Secretary, ideally in a litigious practice
Advanced Microsoft Word skills and confidence with legal templates and styles
Familiarity with court processes and deadlines
Warm, personable approach and a genuine team focus
Confidence working both independently and collaboratively
A desire to build a long-term career as a career legal secretary
