We are looking for a motivated
Graduate Sales Executive
to join our team in Sydney. This is an opportunity for a recent graduate or someone at the beginning of their career who is interested in building a career in sales.
You don't need previous sales experience. We are more interested in your
attitude, communication skills, ambition and willingness to learn
.
What you will do
Develop and build relationships with new and existing clients
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
Speak with a wide range of people across different industries
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Manage your own opportunities and sales pipeline
Negotiate and close new business
Work towards clear financial and performance targets
Use modern technology and AI tools to work more efficiently
Build the skills and experience needed to progress your sales career
The ideal candidate will have
A recently completed degree or be graduating soon
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A confident and positive approach
Strong motivation to succeed and earn
A competitive and ambitious mindset
The ability to build relationships with a wide range of people
A willingness to learn and develop
Previous sales, customer service, retail, hospitality or business experience is advantageous, but not essential
