This role is a founding opportunity that will play a critical part in that mission: ensuring Infinity clients receive accurate, compliant, and seamless insurance support at every stage of their journey.

The Role
n
Reporting into the Chief Insurance Officer, the Insurance Administration Officer supports the brokerage by ensuring accurate policy processing, strong compliance, and smooth coordination across insurers, brokers, and internal teams.
n
You'll work closely with our Insurance Brokers and Claims Coordinator to support ~4,500 (and counting) existing Infinity Group clients, helping deliver a high-quality, end-to-end client experience.
n
As part of the foundation team,



you'll also contribute to building the administrative systems, processes, and standards that will support Infinite Insurance as it scales nationally.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Process new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
n
Prepare certificates of currency, renewal documentation, and policy schedules
n
Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation meets compliance standards
n
Assist with debtor management, invoicing, and reporting
n
Liaise with insurers, underwriters, brokers, and internal teams to support efficient policy processing
n
Respond to client enquiries regarding policy coverage, documentation, and administrative processes
n
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve service quality
n
Support the broader insurance team with general administrative and operational tasks
n

What We're Looking For
n
Qualifications & Experience
n
n
1–2 years' administration experience within insurance, broking, underwriting, claims, or financial services
n
Previous exposure to insurance-related administration, including policy documentation, renewals, endorsements, certificates of currency,



or insurer correspondence
n
Tier 2 qualification in General Insurance, or willingness to obtain
n
Exposure to CRM systems, policy management platforms, or insurance-related databases
n
Strong attention to detail and confidence working with compliance-focused documentation
n
