What You Bring
You are either an experienced sales professional ready to step into land, or an ambitious up-and-comer with the drive to learn. You thrive in a team environment, build trust quickly and are energised by delivering results.
To be considered, you will need:
An Agent's Representative Certificate, or willingness to get one
A valid driver's licence and full Australian working rights
Robust communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills
Confidence using CRM and data tools to prioritise and convert
A proactive, resilient and customer-first mindset
