Fixed-Term (until 30/06/2028), full time role earning $166,939 - $191,084per year, plus super.

What you will do
n
As senior manager, redress operations, you will lead two redress schemes.
n
You will guide staff, oversee daily work and provide advice on complex issues.
n
You will:
n
n
lead a skilled team to deliver high-quality redress services.
n
guide complex operational work, reviews, complaints and privacy matters.
n
provide clear advice to senior leaders on scheme operations and risks.
n
oversee sound decisions, budgets, records and reporting across both schemes.
n
lead ongoing improvements to policies, processes and services for applicants.
n
n
About you
n
A tertiary qualification in social services,



business and/or public administration is highly desirable. You also need at least five years' experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.
n
You should also have:
n
n
senior leadership experience in complex service delivery settings.
n
strong skills in staff management and improving team performance.
n
the ability to apply complex rules and authorisations to operational decisions.
n
strong judgement and communication skills when handling difficult issues.
n
n
