The Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV) is looking for a highly credible and passionate Subject Matter Expert – Owners Corporation Management to help shape the future of OC management across Victoria.

What you'll do:

Shape advocacy. Use your practical, on-the-ground experience to inform policy positions, submissions and advocacy priorities.
n
Be the expert members trust. Translate complex legislation and regulatory requirements into clear, practical and actionable guidance.
n
Build industry capability. Design and deliver engaging workshops, webinars, briefings and professional development that make a real difference.
n
Influence best practice. Identify emerging issues, risks and opportunities and help the sector stay ahead of change.
n
Strengthen member value. Work closely with REIV teams,



members and industry stakeholders to ensure our OC offering delivers genuine value.
n
Bring the real world into the room. Use your experience, insights and case studies to make learning relevant, practical and impactful.

You'll bring:
n
n
Deep subject matter expertise in Owners Corporation Management
n
Strong practical knowledge of Victorian legislation and regulatory frameworks
n
The ability to make complex information clear, practical and useful
n
A credible voice and genuine understanding of the challenges facing OC professionals
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
Experience developing or delivering training is highly regarded
n
Victorian real estate experience will be an advantage.
