to provide high-level support to our Family Law solicitors.
We're looking for someone who doesn't simply wait for instructions —
you anticipate, prioritise and take action
. Someone who can look ahead, identify what needs to be done, stay on top of deadlines and
streamline the day-to-day demands of a busy solicitor's practice, helping to ensure the day ahead runs smoothly and efficiently
.
You'll become an
integral part of the solicitors' practice
, anticipating their needs, keeping them organised and helping to ensure their day runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll take ownership of
diary management, appointments, correspondence, document preparation and day-to-day administration
, ensuring everything is handled efficiently, accurately and professionally.
You'll also play an important role in
client service
, being a key point of contact for clients and ensuring they feel heard, supported and well cared for throughout their interactions with our firm.
Excellent listening skills, empathy, discretion and professionalism
are essential when dealing with clients, particularly those experiencing sensitive and challenging circumstances.
Exceptional attention to detail is also required.
From managing diaries and important dates to preparing correspondence and maintaining accurate client records, you'll take pride in getting the details right and ensuring nothing is overlooked.
