We're looking for an experienced
Service Manager
to lead and transform our Victorian Service operation across
Geelong and Clayton
, overseeing a team of approximately 50 employees across field service, internal coordination, glazing, and parts operations.
This is not a maintenance role. This is a genuine leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on creating structure, lifting performance, developing people, and building high‐performing teams.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the
General Manager - Victorian Operations
, you will be responsible for the end‐to‐end leadership of our Service function, including:
Field service technicians and supervisors
Internal service scheduling and administration
Parts coordination and inventory readiness
You'll focus on improving operational effectiveness, increasing productivity, strengthening safety performance, developing leaders, and delivering a high‐quality customer experience.
What You'll Be Doing




Leading a team of approximately 50 employees across Victoria
Building a culture of accountability, safety and pride in workmanship
Coaching and developing supervisors and future leaders
Improving service delivery performance and operational efficiency
Driving continuous improvement initiatives across scheduling, workflow, field execution and completion processes
Managing labour, fleet, parts and operational costs
Strengthening training, capability and workforce engagement
Building solid relationships across Sales, Operations and Customer Service teams
What We're Looking For
You may come from:
Windows and doors
Residential construction
Building products
Trade services
Installation and maintenance operations
Adjacent field service industries
Most importantly, you'll bring:
Strong leadership experience within trades, construction or field service environments
A proven ability to improve team performance and operational outcomes
Confidence managing attendance, conduct and performance issues fairly and effectively
Excellent communication and relationship‐building skills
A hands‐on, practical approach to problem solving
A strong commitment to safety leadership
The ability to make decisions, drive momentum and achieve results in a fast‐paced environment
