for someone who can quickly understand where we are, bring structure and momentum to multiple projects, engage stakeholders and SMEs, remove barriers and drive initiatives through to successful implementation and adoption.

Digital Transformation Lead
to take ownership of a portfolio of digital transformation initiatives already underway within our pharmaceutical manufacturing business.
This is a
hands-on delivery role
for someone who can quickly understand where we are, bring structure and momentum to multiple projects, engage stakeholders and SMEs, remove barriers and drive initiatives through to successful implementation and adoption.
What you'll lead
A key focus will be the continued implementation of our
ACE digital platform
, incorporating eQMS, CMMS, LMS and DMS, together with the continued development and staged implementation of our
Production Execution System (PES)
, including electronic batch records and digital manufacturing workflows.
Working closely with project sponsors, SMEs, system owners and technology partners, you will:
Bring digital initiatives together into a clear and achievable transformation roadmap.
Establish practical governance, milestones, priorities and accountabilities.
Drive projects through configuration, testing, validation, implementation and adoption.
Coordinate internal SMEs, vendors and project resources to maintain momentum.
Identify and resolve barriers, competing priorities, risks and dependencies.
Partner with Quality and Validation to ensure systems meet applicable GMP, data integrity and validation requirements.




Lead stakeholder engagement and change activities, building buy-in and shared ownership.
Support successful transition into operational use with explicit ownership, documentation and support arrangements.
About you
You are an experienced digital transformation, program or project professional who has successfully delivered complex technology-enabled business change.
Ideally, you will bring:
Demonstrated experience delivering digital transformation, enterprise systems or technology-enabled improvement projects.
Strong program/project management skills with a practical, hands-on delivery style.
Experience taking systems through requirements, configuration/design, testing, implementation and adoption.
Strong stakeholder engagement and change-management capability.
The ability to influence across functions, engage SMEs and drive outcomes without direct reporting authority.
Experience managing technology vendors and implementation partners.
Experience within
pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device or another highly regulated manufacturing environment
would be highly regarded.
Knowledge of
GMP/GxP, validated computerised systems, CSV/CSA and data integrity
would be advantageous.
Exposure to
eQMS, CMMS, LMS, DMS/eDMS, MES/PES, electronic batch records or ERP systems
would also be highly regarded.
