Kyogle Memorial Hospital is seeking a Senior Registered Nurse to join the Emergency Department team in this rural NSW setting on a four-week contract. Lead emergency nursing care with in-charge responsibilities across triage and acute presentations

Preferred Requirements




Proven experience working as a Senior Registered Nurse in an emergency department
Demonstrated triage experience and competence in emergency nursing assessment
Current Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification
Established in-charge experience with the ability to lead and coordinate emergency care
Robust clinical decision-making skills in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
Preferred Qualifications
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Post-graduate qualification or demonstrated expertise in emergency nursing
Additional certifications in trauma or critical care nursing are advantageous
