The Role
n
n
To manage the overall cost, programme and quality responsibility of assigned projects, mitigating all risks to deliver excellent project outcomes for our clients.
n
Responsible for delivering achievement of project objectives, all whilst driving continuous leadership and operational excellence across RCC.
n
A passion and commitment to deliver outstanding results and to continually improve against expectations actively seeking feedback from peers and teams.
n




Ability to articulate and personally demonstrate RCC company culture and values in all dealings with internal and external stakeholders. Believe in, communicate and support the company vision and strategic objectives.
n
Senior decision-making responsibility on any project related issues deferring to the General Manager, Operations Sydney the CEO.
n
This role sits on the Sydney Leadership team and contributes to the overall success of the division.

What We're Looking For
n
n
Bachelor of Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent tertiary qualification.
n
Diploma in Construction or trade-based qualification considered.
n
Certificate IV in Frontline Management (desirable).
n
Demonstrated experience in project management within the construction industry.
