Oral Health Therapist | Innaloo, WA | New Chair | Full-Time.

Are you an experienced Oral Health Therapist looking for an opportunity to build a strong patient base within an established practice with excellent hygiene and periodontal demand?
n
DB Dental Innaloo is looking for an Oral Health Therapist to join its experienced clinical team, with a new OHT chair being created to meet increasing patient demand. This is an opportunity to provide full-scope Oral Health Therapy services, build long-term patient relationships and work within an experienced multidisciplinary team.
n
Located within a busy shopping centre, the practice has served the local community for more than 30 years and benefits from consistent patient flow and established referral pathways.

What You'll Be Doing
n

Provide full-scope Oral Health Therapy services
n
Manage hygiene and periodontal treatments within an established patient base
n
Build long-term relationships with patients through ongoing oral health care and education
n
Work alongside seven Dentists, a Specialist Periodontist, an onsite Prosthetist and a fellow Oral Health Therapist
n
Utilise modern technology to support patient care and treatment planning
n
Access ongoing CPD and clinical development through the NDC Academy
n

About You
n
n
Has a minimum of 2 years' experience practising in Australia
n
Holds current AHPRA registration
n




Has skilled indemnity insurance
n
Is confident delivering hygiene and periodontal treatments
n
Has strong communication and patient relationship skills
n
Takes a patient-focused and collaborative approach to care
n

DB Dental Innaloo is an established 6-chair practice located within a busy shopping centre and has served the local community for more than 30 years.
n
The practice has strong hygiene and periodontal patient demand and established referral pathways.
n
The clinical team includes seven Dentists, a Specialist Periodontist, an onsite Prosthetist and another Oral Health Therapist.
n
The practice is equipped with Airflow, iTero, OPG and CBCT technology.
