Ello Care in Recent South Wales is seeking a dedicated Disability Support Worker for night shifts and sleepovers to assist participants with psychosocial disabilities in Supported Independent Living homes. You will provide tailored overnight care to promote safety, routine and independence.
You will collaborate with the care team, document overnight observations, manage personal care and medications, and respond calmly to emergencies while upholding NDIS Practice Standards.
