We're looking for a friendly and reliable Retail Team Member to join our Truganina store.

What You'll Do
n
Provide friendly customer service
n
Serve and package donuts and other products
n
Prepare coffee and beverages
n
Operate the POS and process customer transactions
n
Keep the store clean, organised and well-presented
n
Restock products and assist with daily store duties
n
Work as part of a supportive team
n
What We're Looking For
n
Previous retail, hospitality or customer service experience
n
Previous barista/coffee experience is preferred not required
n
Friendly and customer-focused attitude
n
Good communication and teamwork skills
n
Reliable and willing to learn
n
POS or cash-handling experience is a plus
n




Availability
n
Monday to Friday
n
10:00am–6:00pm
n
Versatile availability is highly valued
n
Consistent availability during these hours is required
n
