Family owned and operated workshop in Taree, looking for an experienced Lead Technician / Senior Motor Mechanic to join the team. This is a hands-on role for an experienced mechanic who wants more responsibility and the opportunity to become a key part of the workshop.
Key responsibilities
Perform diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of makes and models
Work independently and support other technicians
Take on senior, hands-on responsibilities within the workshop
About you
Fully qualified Motor Mechanic
Minimum 5 years experience
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Current driver's licence
Pink Slip / AIS inspection ticket
Experience across a wide range of makes and models
Reliable with a excellent work ethic and can-do attitude
Confident working independently and supporting other technicians
A/C refrigerant handling licence preferred, but not essential
