Club Gaming Services is looking for a reliable and motivated Field Service Technician to join our growing team.
n
We specialise in the service, maintenance and repair of gaming machines, CRT terminals and associated equipment across pubs and clubs throughout Sydney and surrounding areas.
n
This is a hands-on field-based role suited to someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working independently and providing a high level of service to customers.
n
About the Role
n
As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for:
n
n
Servicing, maintaining and repairing gaming machines and CRT terminals
n
Diagnosing and resolving hardware, electronic and technical faults
n
Completing scheduled preventative maintenance
n
Attending breakdowns and service calls at customer venues
n
Installing and relocating gaming equipment when required
n
Recording service work and job details using our job management system
n
Maintaining good communication with venue staff and customers
n
Managing parts and equipment required for daily service work
n
Working independently while also supporting the wider service team
n

About You
n
We're looking for someone who is:
n
n




Technically minded with strong fault-finding skills
n
Reliable, punctual and well presented
n
Comfortable working independently in the field
n
Able to communicate professionally with customers
n
Organised and capable of managing multiple service calls
n
Willing to learn and develop their technical knowledge
n
Physically capable of carrying out the requirements of the role
n
n
Previous experience servicing gaming machines, CRT terminals or similar
electronic/electrical
equipment would be highly regarded.

Requirements
n
Applicants must have:
n
n
A current Australian driver's licence
n
A current NSW Gaming Machine Technician Licence, or the ability to obtain one
n
A National Police Check, or the ability to obtain one
n
Full Australian working rights
n
