We're looking for a confident, hands-on hospitality professional ready to take the next step in their career. This venue operates under the Don Hodge Group/Hodge Hotels banner, joining an established portfolio of venues across Sydney, Newcastle, and regional NSW.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager, Duty Manager or Operations-focused Pub Manager who's ready to step into something new.

What You'll Do
n
Lead day-to-day venue operations across bar, bistro and gaming
n
Manage and mentor a team of casual staff
n




Enforce service, standards and venue compliance
n
Provide a positive workplace culture
n
What We're Looking For
n
Previous experience as a 2IC, Assistant Manager, or Duty Manager in a pub or large hospitality environment
n
Strong leadership and communication skills
n
A people-first attitude – you lead from the front and support your team
n
RSA, RCG and TAB compliance certificates (required)
n
A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences
n
