Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist
to join our call centre team.




Position Overview
This role goes beyond traditional customer service- placing customer care at its core while acting as an extension of our sales team, you'll deliver exceptional customer care while combining inbound support with structured outbound activity to strengthen relationships, drive engagement, and improve coverage across regional and under-serviced accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality customer service across inbound calls, emails, and enquiries
Drive structured outbound sales calls to follow up leads, support campaigns, and re-engage customers
Proactively contact customers to communicate quotes, promotions, product offers, and pricing opportunities
Contribute directly to sales growth through consistent follow-up and relationship building
Maintain regular outbound engagement with regional and low-touch accounts to increase coverage
Provide accurate and timely updates on orders, pricing, and product availability
Support sales administration including quotes, campaigns, and follow-up actions
Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate closely with Sales Representatives and Account ManagersAct as a central link between customers,



inbound enquiries, and the field sales team
Experience & Background
Experience in call centre, customer service, internal sales, or sales support roles
Confident communicator with the ability to clearly present pricing, offers, and promotions
Comfortable with outbound calling and proactive customer engagement
Robust organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to interpret data, customer activity, or reports and act on insights
Experience using CRM systems and working with sales data

Experience in a trade, hardware, or product-based environment
